Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags, bags, and seals intact.
For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the earrings are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Customized, engraved, or final sale items are non-refundable.

We offer direct exchanges. Return your item and we'll ship you a new, non-defective item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Relaxfeel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
